🛍️ Returns

We want you to love what you ordered — but if something’s not right, we’ve got you covered.

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact
  • Shoes must be tried on indoors only (if applicable)
  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” cannot be returned

📦 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.


💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status:

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • If the item is not returned in its original condition, a partial refund may be issued

🔁 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
To exchange an item, simply return it and place a new order for the desired product.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

🌍 International Orders

Returns for international orders are accepted, but original and return shipping costs are not refundable.
Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable as well.


📬 How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@driponyx.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back using a trackable service.

  • Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted
  • Repeated returns may lead to account flagging or refusal of service
